	July 20, 2001 Wounded Knee Pine Ridge, South Dakota Spent time on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. We went to Wounded Knee where in 1890, the 7th Calvary of the United States killed 146 men, women and children in what is know as the Wounded Knee Massacre. It was a sad place. Just a little museum that happened to be closed and the cemetery where the victims were buried in a mass grave. We didn't take any pictures.


	We also went to the Red Cloud Indian School to see an art exhibition at the Heritage Center Museum.
